Himalayan International Academy (HIA) is established in 2021 and located in Edogawa, Tokyo (7 minutes’ walk from Koiwa station).
HIA is the second international school in Japan established by Nepalese communities. We are welcoming pre-school and kindergarten for ages 3-5 years young children and Primary (Elementary) school for 6+ years young students.

Fee Structure
Admission fee: 10,000 yen (Once a year)
Tuition fee: 40,000 yen (Per month)
Discount on tuition fee: 2 or more children from same parents will get 25% discount for 2nd or more children.
Scholarships & Awards

・Books: 10,000 yen (Once a year)

Bus services
Bus services fee (optional): Fee will be charged depending on distance covered.
Transport is provided by school vehicles for students needed. We offer door to door pickup for junior students and cluster-wise pick up and drop for senior students.

申込/選考方法

Admission Procedure
Parents and guardians who wish to enroll their child at Himalayan International Academy should follow the following directives:

Prescribed application forms for admission are to be submitted to the Principal by the end of March.

Admission forms and school prospectus can be obtained from the school on demand.

The following documents are required at the time of admission.

・Birth certificate
・Residence card (Parents and Students)
・2 Photos
・Parents contact details.
